₹5.5 Cr for a 3BHK at Conscient Hines Elevate — on paper, it's impressive. But after my last site visit, I'm genuinely frustrated with the actual carpet area. As someone in real estate, I know the super area games, but yahan toh rooms feel so cramped. Is it just me, or does the layout feel inefficient for daily living? What's the real vibe in the society, is it friendly ya sirf show-off? Buying for myself is different, yaar.

That's the classic builder trick, super area inflate karo aur carpet area pe compromise. I saw a similar issue with another project near Golf Course Road. What's the actual possession date for this project? Is it really completed as they claim?
Totally agree with you, bhai! I visited last month and left feeling so disheartened. The show flat looked okay, but when they showed me the actual unit, it felt like a different world. The living room especially felt so small for a 3BHK in that price range. Is it just me, or does everyone feel the rooms are tiny?
