Did a site visit to Salarpuria Sattva in Rajendranagar on Saturday. The 3BHKs look good, but the sales team's 'final price' felt off. I'm trying to calculate the actual total cost of acquisition. From my experience, the brochure price is never the full story, especially with stamp duty, registration, and those hidden charges at possession. What's the real carpet area percentage you guys are seeing? My calculations show significant super area inflation. Is it just me, or are builders getting more creative with these numbers here in Hyderabad?
