The real cost of a 3BHK in Sector 65 after possession
₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension seemed like a decent deal initially. I'm based in Dubai, so I couldn't do a site inspection myself, relying on a property manager. Now, my builder, one of the big names, just hit me with a ₹12 lakh demand for PLC, EDC, and maintenance deposits right before possession. This was not clearly outlined in the initial agreement, or at least I didn't see it this way. Is this kind of last-minute demand normal for projects around Sector 65? I'm honestly shocked. What's the best way to contest these hidden charges when you're not even in India to deal with it directly? My property manager isn't being much help. Anyone else faced this with builders like Emaar or Godrej Properties in Gurgaon? Need advice on navigating this remotely.
