Sector 16B, Noida Extension — yaar, I'm seriously looking at `info` builder projects here, and honestly, prices seem stuck. Everyone talks about price correction due to Jewar Airport, but yahan toh kuch dikh nahi raha. A 2BHK quoted at ₹75L quickly becomes ₹90L after stamp duty, registration, PLC, and all those 'mandatory' charges. My investor mindset says ROI will suffer if the acquisition cost is so high.
