Everyone talks about price correction due to Jewar Airport, but yahan toh kuch dikh nahi raha. A 2BHK quoted at ₹75L quickly becomes ₹90L after stamp duty, registration, PLC, and all those 'mandatory' charges. My investor mindset says ROI will suffer if the acquisition cost is so high. Is anyone actually seeing real value here, or are these prices just inflated? How much can you realistically negotiate on the final price in this area? What are the actual hidden charges beyond the basic PLC and parking? Trying to understand the true total cost of acquisition.
