The real cost of construction-linked plans in Bengaluru

Since selling our big place, we're looking at a 2BHK near Panathur. But Markon Homes' 'final' cost keeps changing with new charges. Is this normal for construction-linked plans? Feeling really drained by this.

Totally feel you! We are also looking at a 2BHK in Akshayanagar and the builder quoted one price, but then added floor rise charges, club house, maintenance deposit... the list never ends. It's so confusing for first-time buyers. Is Markon Homes known for this kind of thing?

Sahi baat hai! We're looking at a plot in Agrahara Layout and even plot prices have hidden charges. Builder quoted one price for the plot, but then drainage, road development, electricity connection
