The real cost of my 2BHK in Sector 79
Just moved into my 2BHK at SVS Homes in Sector 79 last month and the actual costs are a shocker. Things nobody told me before. My property price was ₹85L, but after stamp duty, registration, and that PLC for a decent view, it jumped way more than I expected. Even parking wasn't fully transparent. I went direct with the builder, thinking I'd save on broker fees, but now I'm wondering if a good broker could've helped negotiate some of these extras. For those still looking, did you find construction-linked plans better for managing these surprise costs, or a down payment scheme? What was your final all-in cost like for a similar place?
