Honestly, I didn't think upgrading from my 2BHK would be this complicated. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 50, and now thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Mera budget around ₹80L-1.5Cr hai, and I already have a home loan, so EMI manage karna bhi important hai. I've been looking at the High Rental Yield corridor in Gurgaon for options. For a 3BHK, which projects do you guys think offer the best value for money in this range? I'm honestly not sure if the price jump from a 2BHK to a 3BHK there is really worth it right now. Kya kisi ko idea hai kaun se projects mein construction quality, amenities, aur future appreciation sahi hai? Any hidden issues with specific projects I should know about? Bohot confused hoon, thoda guidance chahiye.
