The real deal with Rajkot's rent vs buy numbers

₹25k rent for a 2BHK in Mota Mava. My EMI for a similar place is ₹45k. Parents say buy, but the math just doesn't add up in Rajkot. Does owning really make sense right now?

Bhai, 45k EMI for a 2BHK? That's insane! I'm also looking in Mota Mava and the prices are just not matching up to the rental yield. Lagta hai rental is the way to go for now, save up more. Parents ka pressure samajhta hoon but financially it's a big jump. I'm also a first-timer and this math makes me so nervous.
