Visited Keya Homes near Residency Road last weekend. They quoted a 3BHK for ₹2.2 Cr. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, man. What hidden charges usually pop up at possession? I'm talking OC, utility connections... Not sure if the construction-linked plan is smarter than a larger down payment for better deal value. And the super area vs carpet area game, it's just pure inflation, right? What's your take?
