₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Omaxe Gardenia Floors feels like a lot, especially for a first-time buyer. Everyone glorifies big names, but honestly, Omaxe ki financial health ko lekar thodi tension hai. Suna hai unke subcontractors ka kaam itna accha nahi hota. Ambika Florence Park on the other hand, construction quality on site zyada solid laga. Par unka long-term financial stability ka kya scene hai? Koi batao, kaun sa builder actually zyada stable hai for post-possession peace of mind? I'm thinking Ambika might be better despite the lesser-known name. Change my mind.

Yaar, same pinch! Omaxe ka naam toh bada hai, but I've heard stories too. Especially about delays in projects near New Chandigarh. My cousin waited ages for his plot possession there. Ambika ka construction quality kaafi log bolte hain accha hai, but the financial backing is a big question mark. First-time buyer ke liye risk lena mushkil hai.
