The real game with brokers in Chandigarh property deals
Broker commissions in New Chandigarh often eat into potential gains, making direct deals more attractive for investors. I'm looking at 3BHK options, maybe around ₹90L in New Chandigarh or Zirakpur near PR-7. Kya kisi ko actual experience hai ki direct builder se deal karne par better pricing milti hai compared to through a broker? I've seen Reputed Builder projects, but not sure if their 'no negotiation' policy is real or just a tactic. Also, secondary market deals mein negotiation scope kitna hota hai? For a property bought 2-3 saal pehle, can one realistically knock off 5-7% from the asking price? Or do brokers just push the price up to maximise their cut? Trying to maximise ROI, you know. Any insights from fellow investors would be great.
