The real lowdown on Noida society management post-possession
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is, especially for someone like me. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for a smaller, manageable 2BHK in Noida, maybe Sector 137 or 150. My main concern is long-term maintenance costs and society management. Builders promise low charges, but after possession, kya real story hoti hai? Specifically for Satya Villa, I'm trying to understand their post-possession maintenance charges. Are they reasonable, ya fir extortion jaise lagte hain? Also, how well is the society actually maintained a couple of years down the line? And the RWA formation, has Satya Construction Company handed over control smoothly, or are they still involved too much? Any real experiences would be super helpful. Hope this helps someone else looking for a low-maintenance home.
