Heard builders like Panchsheel Group don't budge much on price for new projects. Is that true for Greater Noida? How much can you realistically negotiate, even on a 2BHK around ₹70-80L? Also, what about hidden costs like post-possession charges or club fees? Do those add up significantly for an investor? Or should I just focus on resale properties?
