Honestly, I'm kicking myself for not researching builder track records more. I'm based in Dubai and looking at a 3BHK in Sector 150, maybe ATS ya Godrej. My biggest tension hai delivery delays. Remote se manage karna bahut mushkil ho jaata hai. Kya lagta hai, ATS aur Godrej ka real delivery record kaisa hai? Aur customer support? Booking ke baad phone uthate bhi hain ki nahi? Any experiences with their post-sales team? Pata nahi kya karoon.

Yaar, same pinch! I'm also looking at Sector 150 from Bangalore, and delivery delays are my biggest nightmare. ATS and Godrej are big names, but even they have issues sometimes. Post-sales support is a huge concern when you're not physically there to chase them.
