The real parking story in Greater Noida projects

Did a site visit to SKA Greenarch last weekend and honestly, it got me thinking. Everyone glorifies the clubhouse and green areas, but nobody talks about the real parking scene. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector X, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, and the premium is huge. Builders dikhate kuch hain, dete kuch aur. Is the price jump worth it if parking is going to be a lottery-based nightmare? Yeh reserved parking ka system kitna transparent hai? Disagree? Tell me why.
