The actual vibe of a society is rarely what they show in the renders. I'm looking at St Patricks Bignonia Towers and Sujjan Vihar for my own purchase, and honestly, it's tough. Both look good on paper. But what's the real society vibe like in Sujjan Vihar? Is it mostly investors or end-users? And for Bignonia, how's the metro connectivity actually playing out for daily commutes? I know what builders don't tell you, but I need ground reality from residents. Don't want to regret this decision.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Renders are always so deceptive. I'm also looking at properties around Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and the ground reality is often a nightmare. Sujjan Vihar ka vibe toh mujhe bhi samajh nahi aa raha.
Totally agree with U1. Metro connectivity for Bignonia is hyped up. My colleague lives in the area and says it's only good if your office is right next to a metro station. Otherwise, that last mile commute kills all the
