Exactly my thoughts! Brochure mein toh sab gold plated lagta hai, but jab calculations start karo toh dimaag ghoom jaata hai. I'm looking for a 3BHK near Sector 82-83, and the base price itself is high. What about all these hidden charges? Builders toh batate hi nahi properly.
