The real price of 'ready to move' properties
₹82.79 lakh for a 2BHK in SKA Greenarch sounds good on paper, but I'm starting to think the advertised price is just the tip of the iceberg. Everyone talks about the listed price, but nobody mentions how much extra you shell out for PLC, stamp duty, registry, and then interiors. I visited SKA and UCHDL Trucia recently. UCHDL seems pricier upfront, starting at 1.04 Cr. But I'm wondering if the *actual* total cost of ownership ends up being similar or even less once you factor in all the hidden charges and what you get. My parents keep saying 'ready to move' like SKA means fewer surprises, but I'm honestly not so sure. Does SKA's lower initial tag mean better resale later, or does UCHDL's slightly higher cost actually promise better long-term appreciation? Change my mind.
