Visited Godrej Nest and ATS Pristine in Sector 150 last weekend. Both projects seem good, but I'm worried about on-time delivery. Godrej ka Greater Noida mein track record kaisa hai? Aur ATS ki construction quality after possession? Any hidden charges with these builders? First-time buyer hoon, thoda nervous. Input chahiye.
