Negotiation in Gurgaon projects feels like a total myth sometimes. Seriously fed up of renting, my landlord just hiked rent again. I'm finally looking to buy a 2BHK, maybe in Sector 76. Hero Realty ke ek project mein interested hoon, but price negotiation pe stuck hoon. Builders bolte hain 'fixed price' but I'm sure there's some wiggle room. Kya really possible hai 5-7% off on a 1.8 Cr property? Ya bas 1-2% hi de paate hain? Anyone managed to get good discounts recently? Broker ke through jaana better hai ya direct builder se? Tips do please, thoda nervous hoon about this big step.
