Builders like Godrej and DLF always push those 'pre-launch' offers, saying it's the best price. But honestly, I'm finding the actual difference isn't always that great once all PLCs and maintenance charges are added. Is that early-bird discount really worth locking in early? And with payment plans, is construction-linked always smarter than a big down payment, considering the interest saved? I'm not sure if I'm missing something crucial here.
