Luxury projects like Adani Samsara Ivana are often just for show, not actual living. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, but I'm worried about spending ₹5.25 Cr on something that's only good on brochure. Is the carpet area efficient there, or just wasted space? Also, what's the actual community vibe like for families? Don't want to feel isolated after paying so much. Change my mind.

While brand value is important, ₹5.3 Cr is a lot for a first home. The current Gurugram market is seeing a lot of new launches, and many are struggling with sales velocity. It's a buyer's market in some segments. For that price, you could get a much larger, ready-to-move apartment in a good society in areas like Badshahpur, or even a villa if you look slightly outside the main hubs. Don't get swayed by just the 'luxury' tag; evaluate the real value, the builder's delivery track record, and your actual family needs. The isolation fear is real in these high-end, low-density projects.
I think you're missing the point here. Adani Samsara Ivana isn't just about carpet area; it's about the brand, the exclusivity, the lifestyle it offers. You're paying for a certain status, a curated living experience. Don't you think the premium is for the exclusivity and brand value, not just the square footage? Plus, upcoming projects often have better payment plans.
What about the actual community vibe? Are amenities like kids' play areas, parks, etc., really good, or just for brochure photos?
The original poster's point about carpet area efficiency is so crucial. I've seen so many high-end projects where they just add fancy double-height ceilings or huge balconies that are useless in daily life, but they charge you for it. It's all about making it look grand, not about actual usable space. Has anyone actually visited their sample flat or seen the detailed layout plans? Is the space really practical for a family with kids, or is it just wasted space for show?
Totally agree with the sample flat point! My cousin bought in a 'luxury' project in Baharampur Naya, and the actual flat felt way smaller than the sample. Plus, the high ceilings meant higher AC bills, which nobody tells you. Practicality is key, not just aesthetics. For families, functional space for kids to play and study is more important than a grand entrance lobby.
Sample flats are always misleading. They use smaller furniture. Aur 260 units mein community vibe bhi kaise banegi?
I went to their sample flat last month. It looks stunning, no doubt. But I felt the bedrooms were a bit compact for the overall size they claim. And the 'study room' was more like a glorified nook. For a family of four, it might feel a bit cramped once you actually start living there, especially with furniture.
Totally understand your dilemma, yaar! ₹5.25 Cr is a huge amount, and for an upcoming project like Adani Samsara Ivana, it feels like a massive leap of faith. My biggest fear is also ending up with a 'trophy home' that looks good but isn't practical. Is this price even justified for an upcoming project with such a long wait till 2029?
Justified or not, that's a different debate. But the long wait for possession (June 2029, as per RERA RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/896/628/2024/123) is a major red flag for first-time buyers like us. I booked a flat in another 'luxury' project in Basai 5 years ago, and still waiting for the keys. Builders often delay, aur humara paisa block ho jaata hai. Be very, very careful with upcoming projects.
Dekho, Adani ka brand value hai, aur Gurgaon mein appreciation toh hota hi hai. Especially near Airport Road, properties have seen good growth. But yeah, the wait is long, and that price is definitely on the higher side even for that location.
Exactly! 2029 is so far, bhai. So much can change. Renting till then is also a pain.
