Promised amenities and actual construction quality after possession are two completely different things, I've realized. Nimi Symbolic Homes mein abhi shift kiya hai. Club house sirf dikhane ka hai kya? Walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain. Maintenance charges too high, service worth it nahi. Anyone else facing similar issues ya just me?

Noida mein aajkal itne projects aa rahe hain, especially Alpha II Greater Noida ke aas-paas. Builder ko choose karna bahut mushkil ho gaya hai. Current market mein prices bhi high hain, aur agar quality aisi ho toh double loss. Always check reviews beyond the sales pitch, and don't get swayed by fancy clubhouses
Nimi Symbolic Homes (RERA: UPRERAPRJ123456) ka toh pehle se hi reputation theek nahi hai. Mere ek colleague ne Ajayabpur mein ek project liya tha inka hi, same issues. Possession ke baad toh builder sunta hi nahi. Hum jaise first-time buyers ko toh aise projects se door hi rehna chahiye, ₹15-42L ka budget humare liye bahut bada investment hai. Har penny count karti hai, aur yeh log bas lootne baithe hain.
