Honestly, trying to gauge the Sohna market from Dubai is proving tougher than I thought. I'm looking at DLF The Grove for investment, given it's completed and priced at ₹8.11 Cr+. My main concern is ROI. Has anyone seen good capital appreciation there post-completion? Also, what's the actual rental yield people are getting? I can't do a site inspection myself, so I rely on community insights. How liquid is the resale market for these high-value units? Any thoughts on managing it remotely?
