Fed up of renting, I'm finally looking to invest in Noida, tired of landlords raising rent every year. Vihaan Krystal Supremus (completed) caught my eye, price range ₹28.96 L–₹59.85 L, seems affordable. But I'm honestly not sure about the long-term ROI. Has anyone here actually invested in Vihaan Krystal Supremus? What's the real rental yield like for a 1/2 BHK there? I'm worried about finding good tenants and the actual income after maintenance. Also, is there a decent secondary market for resales? Like, if I need to exit in 5-7 years, kitna liquid hai yeh property? I don't want to get stuck. Any experiences with capital appreciation since launch? Is it worth it for an investor or just for end-users?
