₹1.5 crore for my 3BHK in Sector 36 Sohna, possession was in March. Honestly, loving the place, but after settling in, I'm already thinking about the future. With Dwarka Expressway and Global City coming up, prices are definitely rising, but will it be easy to sell later? I hear stories about the secondary market being slow in some areas.
