Been looking for 8 months now, and The Rising Palm Floors is on my radar for an investment. My budget is around ₹1.10 Cr, purely looking at long-term wealth creation. What's the community's take on its capital appreciation prospects? Has the price actually moved much since launch, or is it pretty stagnant? Also, the rental yield figures shared seem decent, but what's the real-world scenario? Can one realistically expect good monthly returns here? My biggest concern is the under-construction risk. What's the builder's delivery track record like? Don't want to get stuck with endless delays. Is it a good bet for ROI, or just another ghost society waiting to happen?
