Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an investment property in Hyderabad. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself for Sattva Lake Ridge. Builder ka track record toh theek lag raha hai, par I'm really concerned about the investor ratio wahan. Kya actual end-users bhi hain, ya mostly investors hi? I want to understand the resale market liquidity aur exit strategy. Kaun khareedega 5-7 saal baad, agar sab investors hi hain? Iski capital appreciation ka kya scene hai?
