The Super Area lie: What builders hide in Greater Noida

My possession was in March for my 3BHK in Noida Extension, and things nobody told me are still fresh. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Super Area is a pure scam. Builders like Renowned Group show huge numbers, but carpet area mein itna difference hota hai. And that floor-rise premium? Total waste of money. Who actually pays for a better view when you're just looking at another building? Change my mind.
