Is the super area vs carpet area difference still a big trap in Gurugram, especially for places like Sohna Road? I'm looking at Indiabulls Estate for a 3BHK upgrade. Builders always quote super area, but actual usable space seems way less. How much ka difference usually hota hai? Brokers downplay it. Is it worth paying for that extra 'super' space?

Mera ek relative फंस गया tha near Airport Road. Usko 3BHK mila but living room itna chhota hai ki sofa set bhi mushkil se fit hota hai. Builder ne bola tha ki 'design efficient' hai. Always insist on seeing the actual unit or detailed floor plan with dimensions.
