Maine bhi site visit ki thi aur carpet area dekh ke laga ki Gaurs 6th Avenue mein zyada space mil raha hai, even with a slight price difference. Builders ki ye strategy samajh nahi aati, sirf numbers badha dete hain. End-user ko toh actual living space chahiye na. Aur maintenance ka toh darr hai hi, Noida Extension mein bahut societies hain jahan half-empty flats ka bill hum common buyers bharte hain. This 'super area' trick is definitely a dealbreaker for me too.
