Visited WJV Landmarks Llp, Sai Nagar. Fed up of renting. Super area vs carpet area is infuriating. Pre-launch hides phantom space. Builders inflate numbers. It's a scam. Change my mind.

Totally agree! WJV Landmarks is notorious for this. I almost booked with them near Sai Nagar last year. The difference between super and carpet area they quoted was insane. Builder lobby ka pura game hai yeh.

Haan bhai, same experience. Mera friend bhi फस गया था with a project in Ambegaon Budruk. Numbers dekh ke dimaag kharab ho jata hai.
