Honestly, I'm feeling completely overwhelmed trying to understand property pricing in Delhi. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for something manageable, maybe a 2BHK in Gautam Nagar. Builder like Property Gallery quote one price, par sunna hai ki negotiation bhi hoti hai? Kitna realistically kam ho sakta hai? Aur yeh hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa aur kya extra lagta hai? Possession pe koi surprise toh nahi aayega? Koi batao, all-in cost kaise calculate karein?

Totally feel you! I'm also looking for a 2BHK near Alaknanda, and the prices are just insane. Builders quote something, but the final bill is always higher. What's the real market rate for a decent 2BHK in South Delhi these days? Koi genuine advice do please.
Exactly! Hum bhi Anand Niketan mein dekh rahe hain. Builders toh itna inflate karke batate hain na. Negotiation toh hoti hai, but they make up for it with other charges. Mera
