The truth about 3BHK upgrade premiums in Rajkot
Currently in a 2BHK near Nana Mava, and my family needs more space now. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr max for a 3BHK, or slightly more for a villa. Already have a home loan, so EMI will jump. Wondering if that big price jump for a 3BHK, say from ₹70L to ₹1.1Cr, is actually justified in terms of future appreciation or rental yield if I ever decide to rent it out. For example, Balaji Group or Madhav Group ke projects mein, is the premium for a larger unit worth it? Ya phir 2BHK mein hi rehna better hai for now? What are people's experiences with 3BHK appreciation in Rajkot, especially near AIIMS ya airport side? Any hidden costs in upgrading I should know about? Honestly not sure if the extra space justifies the EMI increase.
