The truth about green areas in Pune projects
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Pune, looking to upgrade from my 2BHK. Khinvasara Aranyeshwar Park Phase II ka brochure dekha, green areas aur landscaping toh mast dikhaya tha. But site visit pe laga, yaar, actual open space kitna kam hai. Brochure mein pura garden dikhate hain, but reality mein bas thoda sa lawn hai. Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain, but aise cramped green areas ka kya fayda? Is this premium really justified? Anyone else felt this disappointment with green spaces?

Totally relate! I saw the brochure for Khinvasara Aranyeshwar Park Phase II too, and the visuals were stunning. But when I went for the site visit, the so-called 'green area' was just a small patch of grass. My budget is tight for a 2BHK upgrade, and paying premium for this feels like a rip-off. Builders really need to be more transparent.
Exactly! Brochure mein kuch aur, site pe kuch aur. Very frustrating.
