Noida Extension's price surge is FOMO, not real growth. I'm upgrading from 2BHK to 3BHK. Honestly, that 20% jump feels unsustainable. Should I wait for correction? Change my mind.

Both sides have valid points. Noida Extension definitely has
RB Edifice ke projects mein abhi 6000-6500/sqft chal raha hai, which is quite high for the area's current development stage and especially considering their past delays. Other builders in Alpha I Greater Noida are offering better value at similar prices with better track records. Just a word of caution.
Yaar, mai toh first-time buyer hoon aur budget bahut tight hai. Jo 20% jump ki baat ho rahi hai, usmein toh mera pura plan hi bigad gaya hai. Main soch raha tha ki 2BHK mein invest kar lun abhi, kya pata aur badh jaye prices. But phir lagta hai ki overvalued hai. Current market conditions mein kya 2BHKs better value hain for first-time buyers, ya phir wait karna chahiye for a correction? Is confusion mein kuch decide hi nahi kar pa raha.
Actually, I think the growth is real, not just FOMO. Noida Extension mein connectivity aur infrastructure bahut improve hua hai. Metro extension, new roads... ye sab price appreciation mein contribute karte hain. Long-term mein toh fayda hi hoga. What do others think?
Infrastructure develop ho raha hai, I agree. But jab builder hi theek na ho toh kya fayda? RB Edifice ke kuch projects toh RERA website pe bhi pending dikh rahe hain ya unka status update nahi hai. Is RB Edifice's RERA status even clear for their current projects in Noida Ext?
Dekho, connectivity ka fayda toh mil raha hai, especially for areas closer to the main Expressways. Alistonia Estate ke paas wale projects mein kaafi movement hai. RB Edifice ke projects bhi kuch jagah achhe location pe hain, but unki delivery dates hamesha suspect rehti hain.

RB Edifice? Unke previous projects ke reviews dekho, bhai. Kaafi logon ne possession delays aur construction quality pe complaints ki hain. High prices sirf marketing gimmick lag raha hai.
Bhai, RB Edifice ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Mere ek friend ne Ajayabpur mein unka project liya tha 3 saal pehle, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai. Sirf paper pe growth dikhti hai, ground reality mein delays aur quality issues bahut hain. I'd say, be very, very careful. FOMO mein mat aao, apna hard-earned money hai.
