Honestly, I'm starting to think buying property in Bangalore from abroad is just a huge gamble. Everyone glorifies the ROI and appreciation, especially in areas like Whitefield or Sarjapur Road, but no one talks about the actual pareshani. I'm based in Dubai, can't do a site inspection myself for a Prestige Group or Sobha project. Relying on power of attorney and some random property manager feels risky. Is it even possible to ensure rental yields are real, or that my property won't be messed with? What if there are legal issues? Change my mind.

Dekho, ROI is real for many. It's about finding the right project and a trustworthy person on the ground. Not everyone faces 'pareshani' if they do their homework properly. Don't let one bad experience scare you off completely.
Totally agree yaar, NRI log toh bas target ban jaate hain. My cousin had a nightmare with a property in Adigara Kallahalli, builder ne possession date 3 baar extend kar di thi.
