Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme last year, so I'm extra cautious now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa and eyeing Rudraa Aroma. Is the price jump worth it for long-term ROI and tenant attraction? I'm worried about basic operational stuff. For Rudraa Aroma, how reliable is the water supply? Is it tanker-dependent or proper? And elevators – are they always breaking down? Bad maintenance affects tenant experience and resale value, right?
