₹41 lakh entry price for Aravali Apartments sounds okay. But investor ratio yahan bahut high hai, from my experience. This kills resale market liquidity, no? Capital appreciation bhi slow hogi if end-users don't dominate. Long-term exit strategy ka kya scene hai? Change my mind.

Haan bhai, same concern. But Aravali Apartments ka entry price toh kaafi competitive lag raha hai compared to other projects near Alpha I Greater Noida. But then again, if it's all investors, what about possession? Kya status hai iska
Totally agree with the post. High investor ratio always makes me nervous about resale. ₹41 lakh sounds good, but if everyone's just holding for appreciation, who's actually going to live there? My biggest worry is getting stuck in a ghost town kind of building.
