Haan bhai, same concern. But Aravali Apartments ka entry price toh kaafi competitive lag raha hai compared to other projects near Alpha I Greater Noida. But then again, if it's all investors, what about possession? Kya status hai iska
Totally agree with the post. High investor ratio always makes me nervous about resale. ₹41 lakh sounds good, but if everyone's just holding for appreciation, who's actually going to live there? My biggest worry is getting stuck in a ghost town kind of building.
