Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Pune, it's exhausting. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. NBC Shrirang Park amenities sound great on paper. But real mein, does anyone actually use the clubhouse facilities daily, ya sirf show-off hai? And security systems ka kya scene hai? CCTV and guard quality matter for tenant attraction. Does it work well, ya sirf naam ka hai? Investor perspective se, ye premium amenities resale value pe kitna affect karti hain? Not sure if they justify the premium pricing.

The price range for NBC Shrirang Park is quite high for an upcoming project. ₹1.4 Cr – ₹2.6 Cr is a significant investment. Given it's still UPCOMING and possession is 2028-06-01, are we sure about the RERA number? Is it

Builders promise the moon, but maintenance is a huge headache later. For ₹1.4 Cr – ₹2.6 Cr, I expect actual usable facilities, not just marketing gimmicks. This premium pricing needs to justify more than just a fancy brochure.
That's a scary thought! Did you ask the builder about the maintenance charges for those amenities? And what was their plan for upkeep after possession? These are crucial questions.

Security ka toh bahut important hai. Mere dost ke society mein guards change hote rehte hain, training nahi hai. For tenant attraction, ek strong security system aur professional staff bahut matter karta hai. Naam ka guard toh koi bhi rakh lega.
Haan bhai, same experience. Clubhouse toh bas photo op hota hai, daily kaun use karta hai?
