Under-construction projects always make me nervous, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan, so trying to be super careful. Satguru Homes Floors 8 is ready-to-move, which feels safer for possession risk. But then there's Ivory Court 4; not sure about its actual timeline or carpet area efficiency. Is the premium for a ready flat at Satguru worth it over the uncertainty of Ivory Court? Also, what about the total cost of ownership differences, including all the hidden charges post-possession?

Bhai, tumhari nervousness bilkul samajh sakta hoon. Under-construction ka toh naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Satguru ready-to-move hai toh at least possession ki tension nahi. Mere friend ne bhi Airport Road ke paas ek under-construction liya tha, 2 saal late ho gaya uska project.
