₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 152 from Presidency Infraheights – that's what I paid for my pre-launch deal last year. Just moved in last month. Tab laga ki bahut achha deal mil gaya, but honestly, I'm not so sure now. They promised 'exclusive' pricing, but later I saw similar units going for almost the same. Also, my 1600 sqft super area wala flat feels small, yaar. Carpet area toh kaafi kam hai. Yeh builders ka super area wala game samajh nahi aata. Is pre-launch pricing actually a discount, ya bas marketing hype hai? Aur yeh super area vs carpet area ka difference kitna hona chahiye normally? Feels like things nobody tells you before you sign. Has anyone else faced this in Noida?
