Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150 and Sector 107. My wife's priority is a good neighbourhood and safe environment for the kids, so we're looking at 3BHKs around ₹1.5 Cr. Dekha Neoshape Infratech ka ek project, looks decent. But honestly, I'm a bit paranoid about builder ka legal track record. RERA registration check karna kitna important hai? Matlab, sirf website pe dekhna enough hai ya aur bhi deep dive karna padta hai? Log bolte hain bahut builders ka past mein issues rahe hain, especially for projects like Omaxe India Trade Centre which have complex legalities. How do you guys actually verify if a builder has a clean history? Aur agar RERA mein koi complaint dikhti hai, toh woh kitna bada red flag hai? Does RERA actually help ya sirf paper pe hai?
