NRI investment in Hyderabad feels like a huge gamble without proper local checks. I'm in Dubai, can't do site visits. Prestige Group ya My Home jaise builders pe trust kar sakte hain kya? Power of attorney, property management smooth chalta hai? Are advertised rental yields for Gachibowli 3BHKs actually achievable? Real experience share karo please.

Prestige and My Home are big names, no doubt, but even they have their share of delays and issues. My cousin booked with My Home in Gachibowli two years ago, and the possession date has been pushed twice already, no solid reason given. Power of Attorney (PoA) is an absolute nightmare if you don't have a super reliable person on the ground who understands legalities. There are so many hidden charges and paperwork hassles that come up. You really need someone who can check every document personally.
Family member is always best for PoA, especially someone you trust blindly
PoA ke liye koi specific lawyer recommend kar sakte ho? Ya family member ko hi appoint karna best hai, jaise aapne bola?
Totally agree, NRI investment is risky without local eyes. Builders ka pitch toh sabko pata hai, reality kuch aur hoti hai. It's so hard to trust from afar.
