Things nobody tells you about Bengaluru flat costs
₹1.5 crore for my 3BHK in Banashankari, but the actual 'sale deed' value was much lower. Just got possession of my NS Infra flat last month, and the 'all-in cost' is an absolute scam. Everyone talks about the brochure price, but nobody warns you about the insane stamp duty, registration, and those 'surprise' charges at possession. My ₹1.2 Cr flat ended up costing way more. Builders like NS Infra show one price, then add PLC, parking, amenity charges like it's free money. It's not just the 7% stamp duty and registration, there's OC, maintenance deposit, electricity meter charges... it never ends. This Banashankari property ki total cost bilkul hidden thi. Is this normal practice in Bengaluru? I feel like I got played. Are other areas like Sarjapur Road or Whitefield any better? Change my mind.
