Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now I’m seriously looking at Casagrand Zaiden. Everyone talks about amenities and location, but honestly, what about the actual construction quality *while* it's happening? I've been doing site visits, and it's so hard to tell if the visible concrete work, raw plumbing, or electrical conduit runs are actually good quality or just *look* okay. My parents keep saying 'check the basics', but what *are* the basics to look for beyond just cracks? I'm worried about long-term maintenance costs and how badly poor quality affects resale down the line. Is it just me, or do builders cut corners here, knowing most people only care about the finished product? Change my mind.
