Just moved into my 3BHK in Dwarka last month, and honestly, the possession process was a bit hectic. My flat cost around ₹2.2 Cr, which felt steep. Now, with Metro Phase IV expanding, prices aur badhenge kya? I'm wondering agar this is the right time to have bought in Delhi, ya market peak ho chuka hai? Should I expect good appreciation in the next 2-3 years, ya capital appreciation will be slow? What's the general vibe on holding period for maximum gain here?
