Possession was in March for my 3BHK on Sohna Road, and honestly, things nobody told me before... The Dwarka Expressway completion is supposed to be soon, but will it *really* ease traffic? I'm seeing prices around there jump already, but is it just speculation? Wondering if the SPR Extension will actually make a difference for daily commutes. Are these infrastructure projects truly done on time, or is it always delayed? What areas along these corridors still offer a decent investment window without being crazy expensive?

Dekho, Dwarka Expressway ka major section already operational hai, especially from Clover Leaf interchange till Delhi border. Connectivity is improving. Prices are not *just* speculation; there's genuine demand. For example, in sectors 102-109, prices have jumped from ₹6500/sqft to ₹9000+/sqft in the last 1.5 years. SPR Extension is also progressing well, target is end of 2024 for full functionality, which will definitely ease some pressure on Sohna Road. The real issue is the last-mile connectivity from these expressways to residential pockets. That's where the bottleneck often stays.

Mere dost ne Dwarka Expressway ke paas liya tha 2018 mein, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Sirf papers pe completion dikhate hain. Aur Sohna Road pe toh already itna traffic hai, aur schools bhi bhar gaye hain. Kya lagta hai, SPR Extension se Sohna Road ka load kam hoga ya bas naya bottleneck banega?

Haan bhai, Sohna Road ka haal bura hai. Main khud daily commute karta hoon Cyber City se, 1.5 ghante lag jaate hain. SPR Extension se shayad thoda diversion mile but jab tak new phases of construction finish nahi hote, it's going to be a mess. My builder also delayed by 18 months, saying 'infra work pending'.
Sahi kaha! Yeh builders aur gov. sab mil ke bas dates pe dates dete hain. Infra project time pe? LOL, never happens in India.

Yaar, traffic to issue rahega hi. I bought a flat near Badshahpur two years back, thinking SPR will solve everything. Abhi tak kuch khaas farak nahi pada hai. Dwarka Expressway se thodi relief milegi but Gurugram ka population bhi toh badh raha hai. Investment window ki baat karein, toh airport road ke paas wali areas like Basai ya Baharampur Naya mein abhi bhi potential hai, but you have to be quick. Prices are already going up there.
Totally agree. Sohna Road pe toh abhi bhi commute mushkil hai. Dwarka Expressway ka toh pata nahi kab tak poora hoga. Aur prices jo badhe hain, woh toh bas speculation lag rahi hai. Kya sach mein wahan returns milenge ya sab bubble hai?
