Okay, I'll be honest — just got possession of my 3BHK in Sector 85 last month, and I'm already wondering about future prices. My budget was around ₹1.3-1.5 Cr, and I paid ₹1.45 Cr for it, which felt steep. Now I see new launches from DLF and Godrej in nearby Sectors 81-82 asking even more. Is this price rise sustainable for Mohali, especially looking towards 2026? I'm honestly not sure if we're heading for a correction soon, or if this is just the new normal. Things nobody told me during my search were how fast prices jump, especially for properties with OC. What do you guys think about price trends? Are certain areas like Sectors 81-82 getting a bit inflated, or is the connectivity really justifying these numbers? I'm trying to gauge if my investment was smart long-term, or if I bought at the peak. Any predictions for which Mohali areas might see a price correction?
