Thinking Adani Lushlands Gurugram. What's your take?
Watched this video on Adani Lushlands Gurugram. Sumeet Vyas was in it, and the project presentation looked quite good. I'm personally looking for a property in Gurugram and this Adani Realty project caught my eye. The video showed some nice amenities. But I'm wondering about the actual ground reality. Has anyone here invested in Lushlands, ya phir Adani projects? Kya experience raha hai? Please share your honest opinions, good or bad.

Adani projects, especially in Gurugram, usually target the premium segment. Lushlands is no exception. The location is good, near Airport Road side, which is always a plus. But the possession date of March 2029 is still quite far. For a first-time buyer, waiting that long can be tricky, especially with market fluctuations.
